Simple oatmeal with strawberry jam.
I used to have this to breakfast and think it would be a good start on the day, especially after a workout in the morning.

The oatmeal is easy and it takes around five minutes to cook. There are many ways we can serve the oatmeal. For instance we can serve with nuts, cinnamon and slices of banana. The oatmeal is also good for our health, it contains the dietary fiber, beta glucan, which helps to reduce the cholesterol.

Cooking time:
Around 5 minutes.

* 40g (1 dl) oat
* 2.5 dl (1 glass) milk
* 0.25 tsp salt
* 1 tbsp strawberry jam
 

How to cook:

Waiting the milk to be warmed up.

Put milk and oat into a saucepan, and stir them while heating up. Let it cook for couple of minutes. When the porridge starts to get fixed, then it’s ready. Put salt at the end.
