Pan frying salmons are quite easy and doesn’t take much time at all. It also tastes good and contains the fatty acids, Omega-3, which is essential for the body. Here we have salmons with boiled potatoes, cauliflower, carrots and fresh salad and parika.
Time of cooking:
Approx. 6 – 10 minutes.
Ingredients (for one person):
* 2 pieces of salmon (~125g each)
* A piece of onions
* A piece of garlic
* Butter for cooking
* Salt (and pepper)
First wash and clean the salmon, then put some salt (and pepper) on the top and bottom side of the salmon. If you like, you can also do it for all the sides.
Cut the onions and the garlic into smaller pieces.
How to cook:
After the sides are getting brown, turn down the heat to the lowest. And turn the salmon, put the onions and garlic into the pan, before you put on the lid.
Now fried the top and bottom side again for 2 – 4 minutes.
Now enjoy the salmon :)
