I think that pork neck chops are very good and tasty, if properly made of course. It contains proteins which is needed by the body to build or repair the muscles. Though it could also contains a lot of unhealthy fat, but as long we don’t get too much of that fat, it should be OK.
On the picture we have pan fried pork neck chop with rice, fried aspergers, cauliflower, onions garlic, and fresh salad, tomatoes and corns.
Approx. 8 – 12 minutes.
Ingredients (for one person):
* 1 piece of pork neck chop
* 1 piece of garlic
* 1 piece of onions
* Butter for cooking
* Salt (and pepper)
Wash and clean the pork chop. Make some cuts on the pork on each side. If there is a thick piece of fat on the chops, make also a cut on the fat. This could prevent the chops not to shrink when it got heated up. At last put some salt (and pepper) on both sides of the chops.
Cut the garlic and onions into small pieces.
How to cook:
When the sides are getting brown, put onions and garlic into the pan and close it with a lid. Do frying the pork chops on each sides for about 4 minutes on the lowest heat. You can also turn off the heat for the last 4 minutes.
Put some salt (and pepper) if wanted.
Enjoy the pork chops :)
